What are the key issues and questions for architects today? Architecture critics Tom Dyckhoff and Hugh Pearman give us their opinion.

Tom Dyckhoff is a writer, broadcaster and critic on architecture, cities, design and the environment. He is architecture and design critic of The Times and BBC2’s The Culture Show, writes a weekly column for The Guardian and teaches at the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London. His series, Saving Britain's Past, was broadcast on BBC2 this autumn.

Hugh Pearman has been attached to The Sunday Times, London, since 1986, writes for a wide range of other design and consumer titles, is the author of several books, and frequently teaches and lectures. Hugh is also the editor of the RIBA Journal.
