Front Row, the annual South Coast Fashion Show promoting innovative fashion design using vintage, sustainable, re-worked and recycled elements will be held at the De La Warr Pavilion auditorium in Bexhill-on-Sea on Saturday 30th November 2013.
An explosion of fashion, art & performance, this year’s theme GODS & MONSTERS will showcase collections by over 15 designers & creatives inspired by mythological Greek, Egyptian, Mayan or other Gods, Heroes and Creatures both good & evil, the Heavens and the Universe - so expect the unexpected.
Another exciting part of Front Row is the annual Charity Shop Challenge. An inspiring competition for designers and amateurs alike to submit their designs fashioned from customized second-hand charity shop clothes with a budget of only £20. Entries are then judged by a panel of international fashion luminaries with an awards ceremony held on the night.
Each year Front Row shows support to Terrence Higgins Trust, highlighting World Aids Day in December, as well as local charity St Michael’s Hospice. Each charity has been given a substantial presence to raise awareness to their important work providing specialist care to the community.
