The Greenwich Trio
Described by Bernard Greenhouse as the "New Beaux Arts Trio", The Greenwich Trio is formed of pianist Yoko Misumi, violinist Lana Trotovsek and cellist Stjepan Hauser. Yoko is the Beethoven Society of Europe's Top Prize-winner, while Lana is a talent unveiled by Ruggiero Ricci’s at Salzburg’s Mozarteum. Cellist Stjepan Hauser is one of the last students of Rostropovich and winner of 21 first prizes all over the world.

These three phenomenal talents joined forces in August 2006 and since then their breathtaking chamber music-making has gained the approval of audiences and critics. The trio won a number of first prizes in international chamber music competitions in UK, Belgium and Italy. They are recipients of Solti Foundation Award, Tunnell Trust Award as well as the winners of Beethoven Society of Europe Chamber Music Competition.

The Greenwich Trio has worked closely with the Amadeus Quartet, Alban Berg Quartet, Guarneri Quartet and the Beaux Arts Trio among others. They are regular guests at the most prestigious international european festivals and recently performed at a series of concerts in Royal Palaces in Spain under the organization of Patrimonio Nacional led by Her Majesty the Queen. They have played all over the UK and collaborated with high profile conductors names in classical music such as conductor Barry Wordsworth and international viola soloist Rivka Golani Barely.

Four years after its formation, the ensemble aspires to be the most energetic, passionate and refined trio of the music world, and has given performances that have taken audiences by storm.
