After a train journey to Bexhill, New South Wales and Bexhill, Saskatchewan, 'Bexhill to Bexhill' is returning to Bexhill, East Sussex for part three of a project meeting people and collecting stories.
Louise Kenward will complete her triangular trip in September when she begins the third and final part of her journey, 'revisiting' her home town. A local artist, she aims to rediscover Bexhill, to see it with new eyes.
Louise wants to meet people with local connections to build her conversation about Bexhill.
Learning more about the history and the life of the town that is so familiar and so unknown.
You are invited to get in touch with your memories of living in Bexhill, either through email or dropping in at one of the open sessions which will run across the town from September to December.
Details can be found on www.bexhilltobexhill.com.
Louise will be at the De La Warr Pavilion Studio from Monday 7th September to Sunday 13th September from 12pm to 4pm to listen to your stories of Bexhill.
On Friday 11 September the studio will be closed to the public.
The work will go towards a final publication collating thoughts and photographs from each of the three Bexhill's and is supported by Arts Council England.
