Power and invincibility are ongoing concerns within the practice of Aura Satz. Like some deranged Wonder Woman, her female protagonists have super-powers, psychic supernatural talents or a knack for illusionism and magic.

In 'Knife-Head', a female figure wears a knife head-dress, and both throws and catches the knives all at once, as if a Kali-esque goddess.  An insect-like naked woman frantically lashes a whip in 'Medusa', a confrontational reinterpretation of the figure of the Medusa.
