ABI WADE (cello, box, voice)
Brighton-based singer-songwriter, cellist and boxer Abi Wade likes to keep descriptions minimal – like her music.... Her one-woman band employs ingenious ways to play the cello and a single pedal-controlled beat to create the sparse backdrop upon which her powerful voice floats.

Abi Wade

This indie folk five-piece band write compelling songs of lives and loves with a sound that lies somewhere between Crosby, Stills and Nash and Arcade Fire. Driven by the harmony and intimacy of singer/guitarists Tom and Oli and complemented by the up-tempo and dynamic rhythm section and fiddle, the band communicate energy and vitality whereever they play.
